If you are with Alberta Blue Cross your payment is taken care of there and then.
I'll go there again and recommend her. to my colleagues.

I filled out the online background information request, and Lisa came into the appointment well prepared. She took the time to consult with me about the services I needed and asked a few questions about my history to make sure that I got the most out of my appointment. Two days out and the areas she worked on feel amazing. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa's massages get right to my pain. I feel very comfortable and relaxed with Lisa. She puts me at ease.
She also asks every time how I am and I can give her direction on where to focus and how deeply to massage. I like that Lisa can do deep tissue massage if I need it or just a relaxing massage if my muscles aren't so tight.
I work long hours at a computer and Lisa is the best thing for getting the tightness out of my next and shoulders.

I love that she is effective, yet gentle, meaning massages aren't painful! (Note: I ask her not to make it painful, if you are looking for a harder/deeper massage I have no doubt she could do it!) Lisa has a very gentle demeanour which makes me feel at ease and I leave feeling rejuvenated and calm.
Throughout my pregnancy Lisa continued to provide massage services for me. She was knowledgable about prenatal massage and I trusted her completely. I had actually gone to a spa specializing in prenatal massage but preferred Lisa to them.
I recommend you try Lisa for a relaxing and effective massage therapy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa is the type of massage therapist that anyone can go to. She takes the time every visit to see what you need and not just give you a back massage. Although there are times that she just gives me a nice relaxing massage because it is all I truly want ?Lisa is always improving herself and her skills, making every visit better then the last. With her range of knowledge she can give you the most wonderful experience. Love her work and her calm caring manner. Bonus - she always gives you stretches and care info when doing deep muscle release massage. Most helpful in keeping the muscles loose and relaxed after all the hard work.
