Fancy Fork café & Bistro

Fancy Fork is a locally owned and operated restaurant with no franchises. Located in the heart of Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, the business was founded in 2022 by three experienced individuals.

Hailing from Emerald Park, our executive chef Mamun has extensive experience in international cuisine. His travels to the different parts of the world have allowed him to learn and master different styles of cooking. He has a passion for using fresh, quality ingredients and believes that simple, flavorful dishes are the best.

Our other chef, Abdullah is experienced in catering. Abdullah has catered for many events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. He has a vast repertoire of recipes and is able to tailor his menu to suit any event. Abdullah is also a trained pastry chef and has worked in some of the most prestigious names in the world.

Our General Manager, JonyRahaman, has a “Food and Beverage Journey Person” Certification by Saskatchewan Tourism education Council.JonyRahaman has had a passion for food and drink since he was young. When he was old enough, he pursued his passion by studying culinary art and worked in various restaurants and hotels, eventually finding his way to Fancy Fork.

Rahaman has always been dedicated to his craft, and his commitment to excellence has earned him a “Food and Beverage Journey Person” Certification by the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council. He is constantly striving to learn new techniques and improve his skills, so that he can provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Rahaman’s passion for food and drink is evident in everything he does. He takes great pride in creating menus that feature local ingredients and flavors, and he is always looking for new ways to showcase the province’s bounty. He is equally dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant, where guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

We are lucky to have JonyRahaman as our General Manager. His passion and dedication to his work are an asset to our business, and we are proud to have him as part of our team.
