Tim Hortons - Emerald Park

The last 2 visits my order was not as had been asked for, both times my sandwich was wrong. When you order from a drive thru you are expecting it to be correct. You can't sit at the window and inspect your order as the impatient folks behind you start honking. So now you pull thru and stop to inspect your order to discover it is wrong, well the only reason most folks use the drive thru is because they are on a time crunch and expect the order to be correct. By the time you pull over and take the order in hand back into the store everything is getting cold, ie: coffee So they take your incorrect order and toss it in the trash & proceed to make you a fresh correct sandwich, what a complete waste of good food. Actually I am guessing that most people who have gotten a incorrect order have already put a couple miles distance from the store and just don't have time to turn about to go back to get what they had asked & paid for. Didn't think it was that hard for Tim's to not make a sandwich as it was ordered especially when it is posted on a couple of screens.

I came here to get something a sandwich or breakfast with à friend after working à long night. They said that they don't have anything but coffee. No doughnuts, food , grilled cheese, sandwiches breakfast... nothing. It is sad and dissapointing because tim hortons guarentees that they serve food 24/7. TIM HORTONS DONT MAKE PROMISES YOU CANNOT KEEP!

Terrible. I went in and ordered a large chili and a steeped tea. It took probably more than 10 minutes for.me.to.get my order. There was only 1 other person inside and they waited as long as I did for their order. That and the fact the place was dirty are why I'll not be back.anytime soon

Tim Hortons conveniently located next to a gas bar...your all in one stop for road travel convenience! We stopped here for a quick snack and to use the washroom. This Tim Horton's seemed very new. Nice decor, new signage--never seen photos and signage in any other Tim Horton's. It was cute! They even seem to have a TV and semi secluded seating area. This is a big location with plenty of seating. Staff are friendly and all their food was stocked and available. Thank you.

It's Tim Horton's like any other but only way slower! There is a supervisor at the front that is the most inefficient person I've ever seen. She spends all her time yelling at the new employees in front of customers. She gets everybody flustered and stumbling over each other. Absolutely terrible service at the inside counter when she is working!

It was fairly good for how busy their drive-thru gets. More attention is paid to it vs the customer inside but the service was pretty good when they do get to you.

So sorry but we stopped by tonight after our late movie at 12:30am. We would like to order a Large Peach Refresher- mumbles incoherently machine is down? Ok large iced cap, sorry machine is down? Ok Cold coffee. Sorry that machine is down? Can we get something cold? Iced lemon aid, yes please Two cruellers, sorry out? two apple fritters sorry out? Two Boston cream, we have one? Can we get a Reusable Plastic Cup with straw. No idea what we wanted, we showed a picture he drew a blank? He called someone we showed them our phone with the picture and he understood. He asked us for our phone to scan, we said we don’t have a Tims membership, he said he needed our phone abs again I said we didn’t activate it sorry it’s ok good to scan. He said he needed to scan it! Gave him my phone abs he scanned it and said it doesn’t work? I finally said after like 10 minutes of trying to order a simple Large Peach Refresher & 2 Cruellers to say sorry we need to go abs pay now please. He charged us like $7 something so we asked for the receipt and he closed the window and never came back? So we put it in park and drive away confused not know what we finally got for our order. I have tried this Tims and honestly never got what I wanted they are always out of something, it’s sad. I feel bad for the staff as it must be so frustrating to have to deal with this daily. Sorry I know it’s tough with low staff but we were the only ones there for the 10 plus minutes so it wasn’t busy but sad they had no training, no supplies and didn’t have a clue of the items that they have on the mobile app. Sorry to complain but this is the last time trying to support the only grab & go coffee shop in my home city. I always have great service at all other Tims just Emerald Park is deplorable.

We were there today. Totally Filthy.all tables dirty. Floor dirty. The windows were so dirty and streaked like they were wiped with a dirty rag. So dirty you could not see out the windows. Weird or what.
