Poutines and Fries

We use Kennebec potatoes for our fries. Why? We’ll try not to get too food science-y on you, but Kennebec potatoes have firm and low moisture flesh so they won’t become limp and soggy when fried. And with just the right amount of starchiness, they brown up beautifully with an exceptional flavor that is both warm and nutty. TMI? OK, they’re the perfect potato for crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Using anything but real Quebec cheese curds for our Poutines is simply not going to happen. And when they’re covered in our signature Meltwich gravy, there’s a reason it’s one of our best-selling items.

This is the second time I have been disappointed by the food here. If you're looking for something to eat, you can certainly do better.

It's a "fast food" type place but at most hours of the day the food will take a while. Always seems to be a little understaffed with one employee making the sandwiches, cooking them, and handling orders/payments. However it's worth the wait, and the food options I have tried have all been good.

I just finished ordering milkshakes just now for all my friends, only to have them cancel my order an hour later, after everything else closed. The Uber driver was even waiting outside for a time. Why wouldn't they let me know right away that it was cancelled? Unreliable service. Friends say the food is good.
J	Jayda Bug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First ever time trying this place and I’d definitely recommend it, the specialty Mac and cheese (the one with chicken, dill, and franks red hot) is spectacular. Only comment I have that’s not so great is I found the Reese’s milkshake to be way too strong, but that’s my personal opinion, I know for some they probably won’t be chocolatey or peanutbuttery enough lol! Great service.

Two times that we have ordered, the staff has cancelled our order over an hour after we placed it. And more often than not, when orders do go through, the food is wrong/missing. I really want to like this place, but I feel like I'm gambling every time I place an order.
