★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very handy grocery store when you don't have to or want to go all the way to the city.
So I am on board with helping to save our planet such as using paper in place of plastic bags. Now as we all know most paper bags don't have a carry handle but yet the store till staff still want to overload the bag.
I have had to a couple times ask the till staff not to overfill my bag for 2 reasons, the first is that I am a disabled person who has the full use of one arm and very limited use of the other, second thing is that paper bags tear quicker than plastic.
Why do we have e to pay for plastic yet we get nothing to recycle
Now we have issues with the lumber market which is where paper bags come from, so how long before we have to pay for this.
Paper, plastic really doesn't matter as every grocery store the till people can always try to overload the bag. Please pay attention to the customer as they just might be disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This grocery store is wonderful. Management has made sure staff and customers are well protected..good covid protocols being followed. Great fresh produce..deli with so many options..bakery..meat..all fresh and top quality. Sales are good deals...and all in stock. Good ethnic food sections and organic options. Staff friendly and helpful. Keeping numbers down for a stress free shopping environment. I prefer this to the big box stores anyday. You will not be disappointed shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the second time I have been to this location. I was very impressed with how the carts are sanitized and the wash stations are set up. As for quality, everything is fresh, the aisles are wide and store lit up excellent. Friendly staff willing to help. I live in Regina, but when I'm in the area I will be coming back again and again. Keep up the excellent work!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do pretty much all of my grocery shopping here! The staff are wonderful and the produce is always fresh. A few things may be a little pricier than you'd find in the city but the quality and convenience definitely makes up for it.
I usually do my shopping late mornings on weekdays. It's never crowded and their day staff are phenomenal from when you walk in the the store to when you're leaving!
Great work IGA Emerald Park!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily the best grocery store from Regina to yorkton. I drive 45 minutes to do all my shopping here. The prices are a bit higher but the clean, well stocked store and incredible customer service are worth it. I love the cart idea when we enter, it definitely helps with social distancing. All directional signage is clear and bright. The staff ( mostly teens) should be teaching lessons in customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly, polite and courteous crew that work here. I have never seen a shelf empty, anything outdated or staff blocking aisles while stocking. Other grocery store owners should be coming here to take tips on how to run a store, especially during the pandemic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IGA brings the big city feel into the small town of White City. The great local grocery store always provide top notch and fresh produce and vegetables. If you are ever in a hurry there is butter chicken already made or ready for the bbq meats. Kids love this store for the free banana and cookies, so there is no screaming bored kids. Make sure you look for the daily deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in here today to get a small grocery order. I am here working but live in BC. The store was clean and bright, very well stocked and merchandised. At the till I was waited on by an extremely polite and professional young man. He checked to see if I found everything I came for. I was looking for a particular item that I hadn't been able to find. He pointed me back in the right direction and waited patiently as I went to fetch it.
In a time when service is hard to find and great service is extremely rare, I was blown away by yours. Well done IGA Emerald Park. Well managed and well staffed. Make sure this is your destination if you are in the area and need something.
