โ โ โ โ โ I give this store a 4 star. I ordered an item online and the description was vague so when I did receive the item, it was so small that it looked like a Childs top. I emailed the store and didn't really receive a quick response back without having to send a few emails. I admit that my initial impression of the customer service was horrible and that they just didn't care about my business which I thought was odd because online boutiques are a dime a dozen these days and with so many options out there, you would think their customer service would be a lot better. After some communication, they graciously let me return the item and provided a full refund. I have to say that their customer service was lacking in this instance but I like to give the benefit of the doubt. In the end they did work with me and I cannot take that away from them. I have ordered from there in the past and they have beautiful clothes. I would definitely give them another shot!

The order was missing the Bella Teen Stocking Stuffer box that I had ordered for my daughter for Christmas. I called the store and they donโt have anymore left in stock. Very disappointed as I was counting on that for a Christmas gift. However, the girl I spoke to on the phone was very nice and polite and she refunded my money right away.
