Raj spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He doesn’t try to upsell you and I really trust his advice and recommendations. He is one of the best at customer service out there! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Euro Bath had the design and quality of product I was looking for. Further, their staff, specifically Daniela and Pave, made a stressful renovation manageable. I ended up buying a vanity, the handles for the vanity, fixtures including ones for the shower, robe hooks, a fan and a toilet from Euro Bath. I trusted their staff and the quality of their product. I will definitely be heading back to Euro Bath when I'm ready to start my next renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away!!! Very unprofessional, unorganized business. Their sales person, I think its owner himself, is just interested in your money. Then he will make you chase for weeks and months for the stuff that you already paid for. He will then sound like he is doing a favour to you by delivering these stuff to you, which often doesn't come despite promises. Our whole renovation project got delayed because of this store's unexplained excuses and delays. They will bill you fast and then start giving excuses after excuses. I'm very serious. Save your time/money and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection both in store and offline. Pave is a knowledgable salesman. He's been really helpful with us and spent more than 3 hours to answer all of our questions. We had a huge order with them (toilets, multiple shower sets, faucets, sink and vanities). Prices are competitive compare to other places. Be aware that orders can be slow depending on the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I contacted Raj to order a replacement pull out spray for my kitchen faucet, he advised me to contact the manufacturer as the part had life time warranty. I did not get this advise even from the place where I originally purchased the faucet. Within a couple of days, I received the replacement part thanks to Raj's advise. I applaud their professionalism and customer service and will definitely go to Euro Bath + Kitchen for any future needs.
