Explained that certian units were obsolete and gave me the correct unit as I was uncertian. They had provided a suggestion on installing them which was highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to replace a broken hinge from a casement window in our Viceroy home ( built in 2001 ). Bill advised us that production of that hinge model had ceased but a " drop-in" replacement is available and in stock.
Picked up a set and window is now operable. Thanks a bunch, Bill. Great service and prices. Highly recommend.

Bill provided me such great experience and advices on what I may need in terms of my question. Eventually, I fixed two windows’ locking bars? love the store, saving money if you can do your own.

They also had videos on YouTube to show you how to replace these parts which were useful. Highly recommend this store and Bill (a very friendly person).
