He is very thorough and has a great sense of humour which makes for a lot of fun :) Moreover, the staff are absolutely wonderful and provide excellent customer service - Ally, Rosa, Miranda and Jennifer - and they do a solid job of ensuring the cleanliness of the facility - before, during and after your appointment. Dr. Christina Vesco, has been very polite and courteous as she has always been in the past. I have no hesitation in recommending this Centre to anyone.

They have all the necessary testing equipment and have a nice selection of glasses to chose from if you're in the market for a new pair. Finally, Dr. Chiasson was very informative and also has a great sense of humor which is really important these days. I've now made an appointment for my spouse to go there.

S	Sophia Prijic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start off by saying I REALLY love this place and I would recommend it to anyone . Dr. Vesco is an amazing and thorough optometrist. She is also just a joy to be around and doesn't rush the appointment. The receptionists are also very lovely when you are there. Unfortunately, I've been having a hard time getting a hold of them for 3 weeks now and still have not received my new prescription via email. I left the office with trial contacts which I love but I am out of them and cannot order more without my prescription. It's very hard to get a hold of the place via phone and email. I don't know if they are understaffed due to covid or if they are just not good at picking up the phone or returning emails/voicemails.

After 3 weeks, no phone call or follow up. I had to call several times for them to even give me a call back. I'm approaching a 6 week mark and still haven't received a proper update regarding when I can expect my daughter's glasses. She asks every day when her glasses will be ready as her eyesight is deteriorating and she's having an even harder time seeing the board. They rarely pick up the phone and don't respond promptly to voicemails. Very disappointing.
