★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to my building to inspect and quote me for the job I needed done. Got an estimated range on pricing in person which seemed oddly high. Was later emailed an even higher priced quote. Called in two more heating contractors in the nearby towns for a 2nd opinion, both quoted almost half of Etmanskie Heating. I went with the alternative contractors instead. Not much competition around here, so I beleive the quote was ridiculously marked up. I had Etmanskie Heating do work for me in the past; the other heating contractors confirmed that the price I paid was ridiculously overpriced, however the work was good and done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our air conditioning installed by Etmanskie about 3 years ago it has given us nothing But problems every year, last year we needed to have work done to find a leak, we contacted him again to do the work, not only did we need to fight to have him honour the warranty but he also didn’t want to do the work himself, we found out this year there was another leak due to problems when he installed the unit, he told us he had stopped working on AC completely, when we got another company to look they found faulty (popcorn welds) welding and a hole in a pipe that needed to be replaced due to a hole being burnt through it. Since contacting Etmanskie about it he has stopped responding completely, I would not recommend him due to the poor work, poor attitude and the overpricing as well
