Définitivement l'entreprise vers laquelle je me tournerai pour l'entretien, la réparation ou le remplacement de mon unité d'air climatisé.
 Terrific experience. Competent, polite, kind technician. Lots of information to allow me small periodic interviews. I couldn't recommend better! Definitely the company I will turn to for the maintenance, repair or replacement of my air conditioning unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called these guys in the morning as i saw one of their trucks in my neighbourhood. I cant really speak of their work as they never even showed up. No one spoke english which is not the end of the world since we are in quebec so when i spoke in french he told me he would come by the end of his day since my house is near his. I cancelled my family plans for the rest of the day because he never said when he would finish and he never showed up and i see his truck in his driveway. Doesn't answer my calls nor texts. You could have just said you cant make it today....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed the central system more than one month ago, the problems started from the sales stage. The seller said, "I arrange the contract. Let me know if you are satisfied, otherwise the contract will be canceled."
We decided to consult with other companies, so we didn't contact him.
Surprisingly, a few days later, the company's truck was in front of our door to install the central system !!!!!
The seller called and apologized, and he talked a lot. Eventually we decided to install the system ....
Also some of the information he gave us was completely incorrect. For example, I asked him how the installation is and do we have to do anything? He said you do not feel anything !!!!!!! and everything is out of the house.
During the installation, due to a lot of noise I had to go to the yard (because I'm working at home), in the evening when I returned, it was like as there was an earthquake in the house !!
How can I trust the technical information when he has given us the misinformation very very clearly?
And with this high cost, we have to find another way to heat our basement in winter because the central system doesn't heat the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to change our heating system from oil to electric, and after reviewing 6 or 7 companies we went with Fraser. They were super professional and gave us good product recommendations (we had done our research so knew what to look for). There was a little issue with the AC but there was a LOT of work to do so it can happen. They came the same day and fixed the issue and we haven't had a problem since.
I recommended them to my mother and she recommended them to her friend and they are also very satisfied. If you're looking for really honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professionals with excellent post-installation customer service, I would highly recommend choosing Fraser.

I get several quotation for the same Job and Machinery, the price is better by Far. all the team is very professional from the beginning to the end of the process. I asked for additional modifications after installation and they were very responsive. If they give you and estimation on the phone be sure that the final invoice will be same .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought thermopompe/AC in July 2021 and i am very happy with both the AC and heater which has been working perfectly. Moreover, I noted a decrease in my hydro-bill which certainly will pay the cost. Although hydro-Quebec has been delaying a lot with problems on their website when filling the grant and lately with request to send an invoice with extra information, Fraser has really been very responsive and resolved the matter within the same day at odd hours which really helped me and I felt supported. I would definitely recommend this company for their product, reaction and after sales.
