I just walked into this store after intentionally making the trip across the city. I walked in and began trying on glasses whereby one of the customers who I presume was the owner, was working with. I walked around looking at the beautiful selection after researching the brand of frames I wanted. I had every intention of spending my entire glasses benefits today. After asking if one of the frames came in other colours, the owner rudely responded "I dont do anything local, I order them all in from Europe". To which I responded, I fully understand, so do you order in frames or not, and I proceeded to ask if that frame indeed came in other colours. He said yes so I decided to look up the collection on my phone on the designers website. While standing there waiting for the Lamarca website to load, the owner says to me "I dont allow pictures". To which i said, yep no problem, not taking any, I am waiting for the Look Book to load online to see the other colours these frames come in. I dont have the glasses on or close to me, my phone is in front of me and it's in a wallet case that is blocking my camera anyways. So from me saying, "yes no problem I am not taking any pictures" he and the customer proceed to rudely say to me "I dont get what you are doing". Meanwhile I say what I am doing, waiting for the deisngers website to load, and show them. The other customer says, "that's why I said I am going to be a while so this is why I asked you if you had any questions for him". 10 minutes ago just walked out of the store in tears after feeling like somehow I was doing something wrong by trying to see what colours the frames came in so I could order them from the store. I may look young and dressed in athletic clothing, but that doesnt mean I am breaking rules or trying to do anything suspicious. I will never go back to this store and would not suggest even walking in to try on glasses if you dont fit the middle-aged white woman image.

Very pleased with the frames I have purchased from Monny over the years. A great selection of designer eye-wear from Europe and retro styles as well. Love my new frames!

I have purchased several pairs of glasses over the years from envision. I have received nothing but awesome service and the selection and quality of glasses is really great. I have been complimented many times on my glasses and asked where I got them. several of my coworkers and friends have also gone there on my recommendation. No one I know has ever been disappointed with the service or product. I highly recommend this store.

If I could choose zero star, I definitely would. Entering this place with one of the worst customer service I've ever had makes me want to hit the next optometrist besides this one. The salesman was so rude and showing no emotion at all. Retail is hard these days, he better make it up to raise the standards, otherwise he won't last for another 24 years believe me. Reading all the reviews on the web in general about this place and also about the Dr. Zia he recommends, I'm moving towards another optometrist and doctor as well. Good luck with the future of retail Mr. Monny!

I saw a sign for 50% off and under new ownership so I decided to stop in…wow I am glad I did, the new owners were amazing, very experienced and stylish. Their choices something I would never choose but I love them (2 pairs) this little spot is hot??
