B	Blair D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hade a great experience. I went here before when it was Image Opt but it is now Specsavers. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The doctor I saw actually showed me all the scans of my eye and the back of my eye, reassuring me that my eyes are healthy. As it is now Specsavers, they have a deal where you can get 2 pairs of glasses for the price of one, which was great. I went in with old frames hoping to reuse them but it was more expansive (would have loved to be more environmentally sustainable but hey). Dang helped me get 2 pairs of which one will be polarised prescription sunglasses which is great for driving. Super happy and will be back.

The staff greeted me with excellent customer services skills, friendly and warmly. It was awesome! I would highly recommend my friends this optical store!!! Thank you again for everything. Incidentally, the store had a promotion and offered a pair of brand new glasses! Its unbelievably amazing!

Love my new glasses and am very satisfied with the service. Will 100% be back in future for any glasses needs.

Bright well organized and hip store where I was welcomed by amazing staff who took their time with me and did not shy to give their opinion as to what frames work best for me. I walked out with two unique and on-trend frames that cost me, with lenses, less than one frame and lenses I bought 4 years ago. You can't but fall in love with this place.

Unfortunately, the reading component was wrong twice but the staff stood by their product and had them redone at no charge until they were perfect. The on-site optometrist was very patient and thorough. Definitely a good place to shop for glasses.
