★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was hands down the best eye exam I have ever had. They were very thorough, and actually spoke to me in detail about the issues I was having with my eyes. The team is very warm and welcoming, and they do a fantastic job at helping you choose the right eyewear for you. 10/10 recommend!

Most glasses places will allow a return if you really aren’t happy or if they aren’t working for you. Well, not Ollie Quinn. At least they offered me a
Re-style (exchange). I picked out some other frames. I didn’t love them, but it was the best they had. I was told they’d be ready in 7 days. Three weeks passed and I had to email to find out where they were. Then I found out they’d shipped them to the wrong store. So another wait while they were transferred to the correct store for pick up. My glasses are okayish, but I will never deal with OQ again, simply because of poor customer service, long wait times and non existent return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop with a variety of options and amazing prices. Service is friendly - and they allow dogs, even in the winter - I received a call that my glasses were ready 4 days before expected! I've purchased from Ollie Quinn twice now and I expect that number to only increase.
