I am usually never one to waste my time writing negative reviews, and especially never one to waste another person's time by making them read such reviews that ultimately end up helping no one. But it seems today is the exception. The sheer incompetency of this location has utterly baffled me, especially when so many other people had good experiences. The people here apparently cannot order the right contact lenses even when they have the lens boxes physically sitting right in front of their noses. I have 2 different types of high-prescription lenses, one for each eye, and the box is very clearly marked with the different type of lens on the front. Not only that, but they managed to get the prescription wrong as well (everything that is clearly marked on the box). You may say it's my fault for trusting the employees of a prescription wear company to be able to read and therefore not checking the receipt myself on the spot. When I called them to inform them of this mistake, she somehow kept hearing "astigmatism lens" as "multifocal lens" no matter how many times I corrected her. In any case, the things I need plastered onto my eyeballs that allow me to function throughout the day won't be getting to me any quicker than before; furthermore, I now have to make extra time that I don't have this week to sit through an hour of traffic each way just to receive my refund for a mistake that could have been avoided had they simply took their time to read. It may well be worth it to just brave the cesspool that is downtown traffic just to use the Robson location, instead.

I’m usually quite indecisive and walked into Clearly as my first stop to look for glasses. Majid greeted me and was very kind as he listened to my preferences and guided me with his expertise. My glasses arrived today and are exactly what I wanted! With Majid’s help I found the perfect glasses in under 20 minutes! It’s great to see people going above and beyond for customer service

Service is amazing! Hichame was so patient and helpful with the frame selection. Everyone working there was friendly and helped me find the perfect pair. Highly recommend, especially for first timers like me!

Kitsilano (the neighbourhood) has a LOT of optical places. I needed a minor repair on a pair of glasses that I bought years ago. I called around and only Clearly Kitsilano told me to come in. Mo fixed my problem fast and at no charge. GREAT friendly, kind, helpful customer service! Thank you Mo!

I came here for my first ever eye exam and glasses. I had a wonderful experience at this location, everyone was very kind and professional, eager to assist and help me choose the perfect frames for my face (and were extra nice to my dog!). In particular, Maral was very well-versed in her trade and attentive in her excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team at Clearly W4th!

I don’t usually do reviews, but this one I think is necessary to show my disappointment. The optometrist was amazing! Great job and very knowledgeable! The cashier… amazing, very proactive and helpful. Loved. After pass through those two we went to a seller to find the best eye glasses. I think his name was David or Daniel. I don’t remember, he seemed to be upset with something… I was looking for the whole different models and he was always showing me the ones that was expensive and not what I was asking for. He was getting upset and left me behind ( at that point I liked). I chose one of the frames that I wanted and I needed one more, so he got more excited and showed me another expensive that this time I liked. He ordered the glasses online, and online didn’t have the color that I choose, so he assured me that I’ll get the color that I want that’s is no problem. Also, I asked how long is going to take to get, he told me that one week. In short terms, I got today my glasses, 20 days after my order, also received the glasses with different color… now I have a $450 eye glasses that is not ok for me and also I can’t return because I need very bad, if I knew it that will be that way I should go to another location and order from there where people will treat me better and with more care. Very disappointed. Update! Manager called me. Very happy with the solution and specifically because showed that the company really cares for customer service ! Thank you very much

i was walking by this shop and was curious as I was unaware that clearly had an actual outlet. when I walked in HICHAME was extremely kind and patient - i need extra long stems as I have a Big HEAD :D he went through each and every frame there and researched the absolutely entire collection they had on display for me for almost the better part of an hour and helped select my frames! A true angel and his care will ensure you walk away with the most pleasant experience shopping for frames. Will be back soon friend and I hope you still there!

I have had a pretty good experience with Clearly. I have ordered both my prescribed glasses and sunglasses from this store. The eyeglasses are stylish, and the customer service is excellent. I also thanks Mo, who made the choice of classy sunglasses much easier and faster.
