★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ils m'ont vu venir avec ma lourde prescription et les frais supplementaires ont suivi . Tout sa pour finir avec des prix exorbitante. J'ai pris la sage décision de magasiner un peu j'ai terminé chez Costco avec un meilleur service en sauvent près de 400 $ .
Wow they saw me coming with my heavy prescription and the additional fees followed. All its to end with exorbitant prices. I made the wise decision to shop around a bit I ended up at Costco with better service by saving nearly $ 400.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai eu un service extra. La dame dont je n’ai malheureusement pas pris le nom, a pris le temps avec moi de me choisir une paire de lunettes qui me va très wbien. Elle a passé beaucoup de temps avec moi et elle allait me chercher plusieurs modèles de lunettes sans jamais sentir un desarroi de sa part. J’avais fait 4 endroits avant et je n’ai jamais eu cet excellent servixe. J’ai donc acheté chez eux pour l’excllent service ainsi que pour le grand choix de lunettes qu’ils ont.
I had extra service. The lady, whose name I unfortunately did not take, took the time with me to choose a pair of glasses that suited me very well. She spent a lot of time with me and she went to get me several models of glasses without ever feeling a dismay on her part. I had done 4 places before and I never had this excellent servix. So I bought from them for the exclusive service as well as for the large selection of glasses they have.

Venir pour acheter une paire de lunettes sur rdv ... Venir avec mon garçon et me faire dire de devoir le laissee sur la chaise dans l'entrée quand il a seulement 3 ans pas tres intelligent tout sa piur pas quil touche au lunette si toi tu es a alaise de laisser ton enfant seul sur une chaise durant que tu te promene dans le magasin tant mieu pour toi mais laisser un enfant de 3 ans sur une chance sces un gros non ses un manque de savoir vive .... Pu jamais.... Pourtant dans le passer javais ete tres satisfait mais la .... Aucun sence ....

Come to buy a pair of glasses by appointment ... Come with my boy and be told to have to leave him on the chair in the hall when he is only 3 years old not very intelligent all his piure not that he touches the glasses if you you are at ease to leave your child alone on a chair while you walk in the store so much the better for you but to leave a 3 year old child on a chance sces a big no its a keen lack of knowledge .... .... However in the past I had been very satisfied but the .... No sence ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Côté prix lunettes, absolument rien à dire. Par contre avec la Covid, nous ne pouvons plus essayer toutes les montures que nous voulons, je peux comprendre vu la situation actuelle. Mais pour ce qui est de mon cas, j'aurais voulue essayer des montures un peu plus grosse que ceux que j'avais auparavant, et la personne qui ma servie ne voulait pas. Car ca l'aurait fait plus de désinfections à faire.. Je trouve ca dommage car en bout de ligne, c'est moi qui vais les porter et devoir les aimer, et qui les payes... Si ont veut du changement on ne peut pas, car on doit rester avec la même grandeur pour éviter la désinfection.. Côté personnels, plusieurs employés sympathiques, mais d'autres n'ont pas le sens de la patience.
Regarding the price of glasses, absolutely nothing to say. However, with the Covid, we can no longer try all the frames we want, I can understand given the current situation. But in my case, I would have liked to try a bit bigger frames than the ones I had before, and the person who served me wouldn't. Because that would have made it more disinfections to do .. I find it a shame because at the end of the day, it is I who will wear them and have to love them, and who pays them ... If we want change we do not can not, because we must remain with the same size to avoid disinfection. On the personal side, several friendly employees, but others do not have the sense of patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne retourne plus jamais. Mes lunette a 759 $ sont faite cheap ne tien pas bien au visage et brise toujours. toujours besoin de les faire ajuster nous avons changer la lunette au complet. Mais rien a faire.
I never go back. My $ 759 glasses are cheap, don't hold up well to the face and always break. always need to have them adjusted we have to change the complete bezel. But nothing to do.

Je me suis sentie écoutée et on ne cherchait pas à mes faire essayer n'importe quoi, la conseillère a été si gentille et attentive à mes besoins. Les prix sont compétitifs et il y a un grand choix de montures. Je conseille grandement cette lunetterie!
Excellent service, thank you very much to Lyne for your patience and advice. I felt listened to and no one tried to make me try anything, the counselor was so kind and attentive to my needs. The prices are competitive and there is a large selection of frames. I highly recommend this eyewear!
