On a acheté une spéciale Tuango pour ce resto. Selon le coupon, il fallait faire des réservations pour utiliser le coupon. On a appelé 5 fois pour faire une réservation; les premiers 4 fois c’était une boîte vocale pleine—pas capable à laisser un message; le cinquième fois on a laissé un message—mais jamais une rappelle donc ça n a passé par le resto qui était ouvert selon les heures sur Google mais c’était fermé. On a même essayé passer une autre semaine et c’était fermé encore!!!! 25$ pour un coupon expiré!!!!!
 Update: after the response to this post I was able to make a reservation. Thank you to the administration for wanting to help me.
We bought a special Tuango for this restaurant. Depending on the coupon, you had to make reservations to use the coupon. We called 5 times to make a reservation; the first 4 times it was a voicemail box full-not able to leave a message; the fifth time we left a message - but never a reminder so it went through the restaurant that was open according to the hours on Google but it was closed. We even tried to spend another week and it was closed again !!!! $ 25 for an expired coupon !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beau petit restaurant, bonne bouffe et bon service. Le petit bar avec ses bancs bien rembourrés donne un beau look à la salle à manger qui elle avec ses jolies banquettes vous offres un bon confort. Faut l'essayer!
Nice little restaurant, good food and good service. The small bar with its well-padded benches gives a beautiful look to the dining room, which with its beautiful benches offers good comfort. Must try it!

Toutefois, la serveuse devrait prévenir les clients alors qu’elle propose systématiquement des options pour lesquelles des extra$ sont chargés. On nous propose des frites à la bière que nous acceptons sans savoir qu’un extra sera facturé, et on nous offre ensuite de la mayo épicée que nous refusons, mais qui aurait été chargée aussi. 2,79$ de plus par assiette pour ces frites, alors que pour une portion de frites seules, la différence de prix entre les patates régulières et celles à la bière est de 0,99$... C’est ordinaire.

However, the waitress should warn customers when she always offers options for which extra dollars are charged. We are offered beer fries which we accept without knowing that an extra will be charged, and then we are offered spicy mayo which we refuse, but which would have been charged too. $ 2.79 more per plate for these fries, while for a serving of fries alone, the price difference between regular and beer potatoes is $ 0.99 ... that's ordinary.

My favorite restaurant in Trois-Rivières. Karine and all her team receive you with all the attention and kindness. The dishes are excellent, always delicious.
