Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were trying to get a replacement car after a collision. We called a day before to set up a reservation. The lady on the phone said that there would be SUVs available the next day by 4. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm our reservation and the guy informed me that there was only a Jeep available. I told him that we will take it since it was the only SUV available and he said that we can come get it anytime before they close. I called again shortly after to ask more about the car and told him that we would be there soon for the pickup. When we got there that same afternoon, the lady there said that the Jeep was no longer available. I was confused because I thought we had reserved it but she said there are side reservations and someone else got it. She said I could try waiting for another SUV that was already an hour late for its return. They basically had no SUVs available when we showed up despite the fact that we had a reservation and the fact that I was told I would be getting the Jeep. If they were not planning on honouring that agreement, they should not have told me otherwise. They could have even called to give us a heads up if they cared. So she then sent us to the Newton location and told us the models that were available there. However, when we got to the Newton Enterprise, the models that the lady had previously mentioned were actually unavailable, so I’m not sure what went wrong there (but the guy who assisted us at that location was very helpful). Overall, an extremely inconvenient and disappointing experience, definitely do not recommend.

Rented through icbc staff was really helpful specially Dhruv Serene picked me up from bodyshop and also dropped me back whole team was really helpful gave me choice for vehicles as well to drive.

Very good service and very friendly clerk. I visited Vancouver for a week and rented a Ford Edge, the vehicle is almost brand new, the price is also very good.

We had a great experience renting from this location. The car was clean and the service was quick and professional. Rahul, one of the associates, was very helpful throughout the entire process. We will definitely rent from this location again on our next visit to Vancouver.

Melissa was extremely unhelpful regarding my situation with an ICBC rental car pickup. I had been approved for a Ford Mustang, however, she said nothing could be done. She stated the Mustang they had was in a different category. My response: Do you have any other option/alternative? Melissa: Pay $80 a day and we'll give you the Mustang. No effort was made to see if another locations vehicle could be sourced. Note that Melissa is the manager and could have made this possible. After Melissa gave one word responses and offered no alternative I was left without a vehicle and had to call a different branch which was able to source a Ford Mustang quickly from another location without paying $80 a day extra. I don't recommend using this location, the managements attitude sucks & comes off passive aggressive.

Everyone at the White Rock Enterprise was friendly and helpful. We had to keep changing our plans due to weather and road conditions. But no problem everything was looked after. We trust Enterprise and have used their service in the UK, Ireland, Mexico and the US.

I wish I could give less than one star. After a hit and run accident deemed a right off I was told by an enterprise rep there would be no charges, no holds, absolutely nothing charged or used as security deposit on my credit card. They just needed the number for verification purposes. (All can be heard in the recorded phone call with the rep) Got dropped off to pick up the car. Now told without space on my card I will not be able to rent. Offered cash or debit for the $100 security deposit (because ICBC pays for the rental under my insurance) and no option is good enough even though I now have to way to pick up my kids from daycare on the other side of the city. Never had such awful customer service from any other company in my life. Stay away from this company, this location especially. As we speak they are laughing at my misfortune. *Update*. A week later with still no car available to me. Credit card updated for 6 days now. Seems I've been blacklisted or something. Have been back and forth via email with their support assuring me a regional manager would be contacting me very soon (6 days ago). No head office number to call, every rep gives me a different number to call. Never had such terrible service in all my years.

I went to Enterprise in South Surrey to rent a vehicle the other day and I received above exceptional service from the sales agent that was working. I believe his name was Michael Caldwell. Not only did he give me a full detailed description of the vehicles feature, he even went out of his way to help me fill up the whipper fluid on his day off. It’s been a great experience renting from Enterprise. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a car to check them out.
