★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a hot water tank from these guys for 10 years. It needed to be replaced, due to malfunction - the technician arrived fairly quickly to see what was wrong.
I decided to buy one myself and install it, since it had to be replaced.
When I went to cancel the contract, they wanted to charge me fees for picking up their "rental" unit, and also wanted to charge for closing my account. These conditions were never established in the contract.
When requested to show the fees in the contract, I got a response saying "Account closing fee is standard in this market."
Beware this company has hidden fees, you are better off buying a water tank from home depot(etc.) and getting a technician to install it.

My contract is over i installed the new tank and I tried to return their water heater tank for several month, they don’t reply for emails and phone calls, but nicely charged me every month for storing their tank at my house. If you don’t have problems please please find another company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the misrepresented them selves as part of enbridge. Yhen when they came to do the installation they gave a receipt stating that they are mot part of enbridge. I called the police on them but the tank was already in, so i left it in.
10 years later the tank burst floods basement ansd took over a week to hear from them and only thing, they said was that they can come take tge tank but would charge a fee to remove it. So enbridge came and replaced the tank with new one since I had a service plan with thwm and u took the junk tank to recycling facility. Good riddence to bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ten years had a problem with my hot water cylinder last week. I called the company and they sent a technician out the same day. Replaced the pilot unit. After a few days the problem reoccured. Called again and this time had my water heater replaced one day after i called. Very happy the way they treated my concerns. I will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for your professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At a time when it's winter and with the extreme cold it is unfathomable that this company said they will come and fix our hot water tank but never came. I will highly not recommend this company customer service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is dubious. I have rented a hot water tank from Enpure for over 10 years. Not once have they come to do maintenance. My tank has started leaking. I have decided to deal with a different company.
I have asked for my contract with them be terminated. They are asking for a cancellation fee plus pick up cost of the tank. I have asked a copy of my signed contract. They have not produced anything.
This company is not about service. It is about deceiving people. This does not deserve 1 star. It deserves 0 stars and that is being generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Very very shady business practices. Do not ever initiate a rental agreement with this company. They will use every opportunity to charge you additional fees and you will end up paying 4-5x the cost of a fully installed brand new tank with a reputable company. After getting a new tank installed with a real company, they want more money to come take their 14 year old tank. Not only that, if I want to return it myself the only drop off location is in Markham, Ontario. Absolutely horrendous customer support and abysmal business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our water heater gave out on us, I was so scared to start the process of getting it fixed because, of all the bad reviews. However, I was so impressed! I called at 10 on a Tuesday morning and, Enpure had a friendly and respectful technician at my home by noon on the dot! He had it fixed in about an hour and he was on his way! Most importantly, I had hot water again! No hidden charges or fees of any sort. My experience was everything I wanted it to be. Thank you so much Enpure for your amazing service!
