The whole experience was smooth and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub. Jacqueline and her team are very professional.

When I tried to follow-up Jacqueline was suddenly too busy, did not follow through with promises to come look at the damage and I just found out that my spa came with generic filters, not Master Spa Eco Pur filters as advertised. I was very disappointed in the delivery and overall dishonestly I experienced. The spa however was a good choice, and I don’t regret the purchase.

Over a period of a year, we researched every hot tub available in Canada and visited every hot tub store in Calgary. Empress has BY FAR the best quality hot tubs available and the best customer service. We have now have had the Master Spa's Twilight hot tub (with built in speakers, wifi, and adjustable lights) for over a year and it has been without a doubt the best purchase we have ever made! The jets on this tub are absolutely amazing!! We have not had any issues with our tub and we drained and cleaned out the hot tub for the first time today (with the guidance and help from the owner), and it still looks brand new! We are so happy with our purchase! Thank you Jacqueline!!

The first day we went in we were immediately greeted with a pleasant hostess who she showed us the showroom, explaining the models of hot tubs. We had some questions and she got the technician who answered our questions. The owner came out to our home and surveyed our property to make sure that we had no issues with delivery. We were surprised that Empress had hot tub availability and ready for delivery within days. Set up was easy, we have access to the website for reference videos and customer support. We have been enjoying our hot tub ever since it’s been delivered. Our experience was wonderful and I recommend Empress if you are looking for No non sense and dependability.

That's a good thing in an industry that is unregulated. She knows her stuff, and has nothing to hide, unlike other hot tub retailers we went to, that were all about marketing gimmicks, and smoke and mirrors. DO NOT go to World of spas whatever you do. Don't even get me started on the snake that runs that place. Jacqueline will give you the information you need to make a confident, informed and NON PRESSURED decision (unlike other retailers in this city!) and will give you a fair price.q Update :We recently purchased a top of the line hot tub from Jacqueline. Overall we have been pleased with our purchase, but I do think this business could be even better if more was done in the way of follow up with customers after their purchase. We had zero follow up after our $17,000 purchase. Yet the people who did our gravel pad we put the hot tub on, were kind enough to give us a little gift to thank us for our business,and we only spent about $2,500 with them. I think checking in with your customers at they have made a purchase as substantial as this should be a given. That is where as a business you go from merely "good," to superior. I do recommend Empress Spas and the superior product they are selling, but customer care needs improvement.

Jacqueline is the bomb, she had a cover in stock, and for a great price. Which means I didnt have to wait 8-14 weeks, and they even delivered it. I would highly recommend Empress to just about anyone and everyone. Absolutely incredible customer service, I couldn't be happier.
