K	Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to use Hot Tub Superstars for my recent purchase of a used hot tub off of Kijiji. It was A-1 service! They were excellent with their customer service! They got back to me within the hour on all my questions, they sent me photos of when they picked up the tub and texted me timelines along the way. They were able to hook my up with an electrician that was timely and very competitively priced. When they delivered my tub, they moved it with great care and were friendly, meticulous guys. The owner went over all the parts of my tub, how all the dials worked, the motor parts and explained what kind of chemicals we needed. He also sells all the chemicals and filters and will give you a charts of what stuff you would use and when. His moving service and chemicals are the lowest prices I found, and are of high quality. When I hired this company to move this hot tub I thought that’s all they would do, but I got service above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company and his products, it’s a one stop shop!! I love to support small local business and this company does not disappoint.

They took apart my deck, removed the tub, and put everything back together just the way it was. They even removed the old electrical cord to the tub. These guys are organized, professional, polite, and experts at what they do. Do not hesitate!
