When we finally booked an appointment, they cancelled last minute the day of when I had already taken time off work for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was from Calgary South that I had the identical problems with no response to multiple emails and calls. I even emailed their head office. It was disgraceful. My previous experience with the folks in Black Diamond was stellar but this experience turned me completely off. I see that there is no presence online for Fibrenew Calgary South any longer so I suspect the franchisee went under - no wonder! I just may give it a go with Calgary North and see if it's better.
