Sadly our unit was beyond saving but he was honest and helpful, he educated me on a few things (when it comes to propane units)! I would definitely recommend Embers for your gas fitter needs.

We described our issue with our current wood stove and the customer service agent zeroed right into the likely cause and gave invaluable advice. After a lot of research, and a lot of shopping around hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Prompt email, phone calls, knowledgeable and friendly. Carol Ann knew her stuff! And to have the staff meet my husband to load the stove was awesome. The cherry on top was the next day Ed called to give me some pointers and to make sure my install was going smooth.. even called me after they were closed before the holidays. Just incredible. Will be using them again for an upcoming project!

The local gas supplier was also relieved to hear that Embers did the full installation and that also made the process easy.

Over the phone and e-mails proved Embers to be the best go to company, not only for price, but customer service before any purchase. We purchased the largest woodstove by Pacific Energy. Due to the pandemic and supply delays it took several months for stove to arrive but in the meantime we sold our older woodstove which is our main source of heat in the house. Embers were quick to install a loaner woodstove. They were super friendly and accommodating. When our stove finally arrived at Embers they were prompt to install. Later we noticed a small cosmetic issue with the nickel on the door. We called Embers and without hesitation they contacted the supplier who quickly sent a replacement. The technician sent to do the replacement was on time, friendly and freely gave us all kinds of tips in maintaining and inspecting our wood stove. We are extremely happy with this company and the employees like Ben and Ed. Thank you so much Embers. We highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to install new, or replace an old wood stove. Despite several calls to the store, i never heard from them again. If you don't have time to do the work, then just say so and don't waste everyone's time.
