After meeting while working for a different moving company in Calgary, Nicolae Gorb and Dmytri Gryb saw a need to provide a better service, one that focuses on providing an excellent customer experience. The final payment was a $10 difference from the rough estimate, which is really impressive considering the care that James and his crew used. James was my actual mover, he and his team wrapped everything carefully, used floor protection, and were incredibly enjoyable to have in my space and handling my belongings. Not only that but they were early! so polite, and so considerate. It made my move day so much less stressful. I highly recommend this company to everyone moving, in Calgary. It was the easiest move I have ever done. Forget renting a uhaul and doing it yourself, just hire Elephant movers and ask for James, you won't regret it.

They introduced themselves at the outset and went about their work for the rest if the day. If they weren't sure about something, they politely asked for directions. It was clear they were taking good care of my possessions. Additionally, they were very considerate of me - making sure that I had a place to seat and that I knew exactly what they were doing at all times. They may not be the least expensive but on my last move , I had a broken desk and broken sculpture so buyer beware . Elephant moving from the initial contact and estimators to the actual movers were excellent. Highly recommended!

From the first phone call through to the completion of the move, Elephant Moving was courteous, professional, & always called back within 24hours. On moving day James and his team arrived early & with all the tools & supplies (we needed more bubble wrap & blankets) necessary to complete the job. They were very courteous, respectful, and efficient. Would call them again the next time we need moving services.

They had a very prompt response, great rates and throwing in extra moving boxes was a huge perk for last minute moving items. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly trying to accommodate my move in any way possible. They even asked and confirmed where to put boxes and whether even the mattresses should be wrapped. They’re attention to detail was extraordinary. Everything was done with precision and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. The price is also very reasonable for 4 movers. I would definitely hire them again. 5 star service.
