★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent place to get expertise for being a landlord here in Calgary. It is great they provide documentation and monthly seminars so landlords can prepare for tenancies. It is great they update the agreements to accommodate changes such as the new cannabis laws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the Association is only keeping everything as is which is not doing any justice to the rental industry. I my mind the benefits of rental and working with all parties towards that end should be the main purpose of CRRA. The financial system benefits greatly by keeping the rental industry seen as the option of LAST resort and by it's actions the CRRA seems to subscribe to that same WRONG narrative.

This is coalition for trades and construction workers, as per the rental increases your clients whom you represent will be targeted for higher trade costs from electricians to plumbers to contractors. The more the rent goes up the higher the trade costs just like your company said on the news it's simply economics so inform your landlords to get ready to dig deeper in thier pockets and also remind them that when they purchase new pants to make sure the pockets go down as far as thier knees.
