Love the store but the prices are high. They ask you to donate by rounding up your price which is a great way to get more funding into the community

So many of the tshirts here were $7.00. And I'm not talking about like, "desirable" brands or anything. Just like, run of the mill tshirts. $7.00, used. All of the prices seemed higher than new retail. Maybe I'm missing something? Walked out with nothing

A great place to find great bargains for the whole Family. It's worth making a random stop here as you never know what you will find. From electronics to furniture to dish wares to fashion to everyday things you need. Sometimes even find items of value for a great deal! Check it out!

Honestly hands down the best Goodwill in Calgary. I love this store!! The staff is friendly and the finds here are great. Only downside is there isn’t a public bathroom so it’s rough for people who like to spend the time shopping and might need a washroom as you have to leave the entire area and go to the gas station.

Really good place to find great books, fashion and anything else you can imagine. Pleasant experience, without breaking a bank. You can always find some treasures and there are always sales. Perfect place to donate things and let someone else enjoy them the second time around.

My first trip there in about 7 years, lots of changes and all of them are good! The store is tidy and well laid out, it's easy to navigate and the wares are in good shape. I found brand new steel toed boots!

Always lots of good quality products here, big store also. Fairly clean overall, and prices are pretty good for this location. Staff on the other hand at the tills are usually quite grumpy compared to the ones that are on the floor which are usually quite friendly and informative. If you headed towards Chinook mall and thinking of headed to value village this is a definite stop to place. Just don't talk too much to the till staff. As I said they are usually pretty grumpy.

Updated! The owner responded to my review and I want to be clear, I was there and the two women were NOT rude, abusive, or dismissive. Those women were happy and smiling. They were even chatty with the police. If you don't want people in your store without a mask then say that and be firm in that. I still believe calling the police on your customers is wrong especially when you gave the impression that it was okay for them to be in the store. Perhaps giving your staff the tools to deal with clients who are mask exempt or simply don't want to wear a mask is something this business should do. The response from the owner is disappointing since clearly the owner wasn't there and now they have lied about what really happened. SMH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I went to this business and though I was wearing a mask I saw two women who came in without one. The lady at the front asked them to wear one or to produce their exemption which I feel is not okay. The lady allowed the women in the store so no big deal until the cops arrive! At least have the balls to say "if you don't wear a mask or produce your exempt letter I'll call the cops." Or just kindly say "I'm sorry but in this store you must wear one" won't be supporting a business who entraps consumers on purpose. Won't be returning here as this place doesn't give you a heads up on their own store policy.
