To be honest there was a mix up in the scheduling and they arrived a bit late but I was super great full and impressed on how they handled it. Once they got to work; it was all smooth sailing. Very efficient, caring and respectful through out. The move ended with a smile on our faces and a case of beer for the guys. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks fellas

They arrived on a specific date, something I was not able to get from other movers (others wanting a 3 week window to deliver, whereas Navyseal arrived on a specific day). While there was some delay's, of no fault of their own, they kept me up-to-date on the status and everything went smoothly.

Was an incredibly busy and stressful week but they made everything so easy for us. The pricing was great, the guys they sent to do both moves were fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend this company. Even the sales guy I spoke to on the phone was awesome.

We signed up to move with Dans company from Ontario to Alberta 5 months in advance of our move on our own dime after our release. We paid a large deposit to secure our move, but unfortunately less than 2 weeks after doing so, there was a change in circumstance with the military and my husbands release changed from a voluntary to a medical, which meant we were now required to use a military contracted mover and not one of our choice. We explained this to Dan and asked if he would refund our deposit given the circumstances and that it was still 5 months out from our move. He said was unable to do so but he would refund half of our deposit. It did take some time and a couple of delays, but he did hold true to his word and refund me 1/2 of the deposit. Much appreciated-it is not often you see business owners like Dan who are honest, and up front, and stand by their word. Would recommend Dan!

The team was warm and friendly and by the end of my move, they felt like family. Dan was always willing to answer my questions and he provided honest information. They stuck to schedule and there was no delay. In London, they unpacked everything and sent me lots of pictures.

Then I got the chance to speak to Dan (Owner) he was easy to deal with as he set the right expectations on price and delivery timelines. In fact, a lot of movers just give a generic quote, whereas Dan did a virtual video tour to see the kind of things we are moving so that he can give the exact quote. I was happy to work with them all throughout and even Alex (mover) was so professional in organizing my home items and it all arrived safely in less than 6 days. They are professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and someone you can rely on. I highly encourage anyone moving local or national to use their services and they will be a delight to work with.
