Dave, you need some new jokes haha). Definitely worth the value, saved us a lot of headaches and they were very quick. Highly recommend.

All of them were friendly and professional and worked so hard to get all our stuff in - especially with our narrow stairs! Great communication from getting a quote to the team giving me a heads up on when they are arriving. Despite the long day and us being their second move of the day, everyone had a positive attitude and a smile on their face. I’m glad I booked in with them, otherwise I don’t know how I would’ve done it! Highly recommend this company and the team that helped make the move stress free!

J	Joan Eremko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this company. First, they didn't bring a big enough truck and we had to move about 6 loads ourselves. Second, they put our things in a steel container. If I would have known this up front, I would have just gone with Steel Box. They didn't order enough boxes and held up our move. Third, they did not have our items ready for our move into our new place and put us behind by about 5 hours! When they did show up, they didn't have a big enough truck and had to make two trips! They will NOT compensate us with any type of refund. They said they would send a gift card of 50$ which we still have not received. Better to look for a different company.

Excellent service, punctual, professional and quick, but also, extremely pleasant and polite. I’ve used their services this year for two 4-5 hour moves and have had an excellent experience both times. They’ll have all of our business from now on.

They were also super friendly and helped with packing everything to make sure nothing got dinged or broken during the move/truck transport. Definitely helped ease my high anxiety! I also want to applaud Jordan for his quick disassemble and reassemble of my VERY complicated queen bed.

There was no damage to either apartment, and no damage to any of my belongings. They arrived earlier than I expected, but that worked out better for my schedule. I chose to move electronics and my TV by myself.

Not sure what happened during storage for two months at Big Steel Box but lots of damage between storage container and arrival at our new house. I asked for the same crew, but only got one of three, the other two had less than a month experience in the moving industry. They were careless, not sure how to move larger items without instruction, damaged walls and some furniture and definitely needed more training. They were nice guys but not good movers. Wont likely use or recommend them again.
