Tricia leads an excellent health and fitness training program. She is professional, motivational, and makes classes effective and powerful. If you want results to improve your running, cycling, skiing, any sport if fact. Tricia can tailor your program to exceed your needs and set you up for strength, endurance, and power. Highly recommend her to all my cycling, running and hockey peeps.

Three years ago I decided to try Tricia’s Strength class not knowing what to expect. I am still taking these classes. Her classes have really benefited me. My fitness level has never been better. Also, I no longer get injured while training for a race. If you want to feel at the top of your game I recommend Tricia’s Strength classes at Inspirational Training.

One of the best things I have ever done is to take the leap of faith in trusting Tricia to be my personal trainer! She is the best!! Knowledgeable, motivating & inspiring, Tricia knows her stuff! I have been with her for 7 years, through some rough injuries, but she always keeps things fresh and attainable. She will have you doing things you never thought you could achieve. You will not regret strength training with Tricia @ Inspiration Training!

If you want a great trainer that is dedicated to give you a challenging workout, inspire you to push harder to be your best then you want to work with Tricia. Individual or small group workouts - you always feel like you are getting a personal trainer session as Tricia ensures you have great form and no two workouts are ever the same. We often joke β€˜why do we pay for this pain’ but we keep coming back because we know she has our Strength, Health and Optimal Performance at heart.

Tricia’s education, observations, skill, and passion combine to create a magic that motivates her clients to keep coming back. The magic also comes from the personal attention she pays to each client and their specific needs (in small group or one on one setting), the variety in the workouts (you will NEVER do the same workout twice), the consistency in her training (you will ALWAYS be challenged), and the atmosphere she creates in her gym (I can, and I will…watch me). I found Tricia six years ago after having marathon-training-burn-out, when I needed something different. She changed my entire philosophy and approach to training, so much so that my entire family and many friends have become clients too. When you find someone who can help you stay motivated for this many years (including during COVID), you tell all your friends and you keep coming back.

Tricia is a motivating and highly knowledgeable coach that I would recommend. I have been working with Tricia for four years and each workout brings a new challenge. As a marathon runner I need to have recovery weeks, which Tricia incorporates into my workouts. She allows me to listen to my body and knows just when to push me a little harder to help me achieve my goals.

I have been strength training with Tricia out of Inspirational Training & find it has really helped me to feel stronger with running, cycling, hiking & whatever comes my way in daily life. I feel that strength training really helps to keep me active in my sixties.Tricia is a great coach & modifies exercises to my abilities if necessary. I would recommend Tricia at Inspirational Training if your looking to get stronger & maintain the physical activities you love to do.

I have been going to Inspiration Training for over 4 years and I am the fittest of my life at 65+. My running times have improved and I feel much stronger. I mostly do group classes twice a week but have also done partner and individual training and recommend them all. Tricia is very knowledgeable and keeps our classes challenging and enjoyable. She is always supportive while at the same time pushing us to do better. The gym is an amazing facility with great equipment. I highly recommend Inspiration Training for anyone looking for a positive environment to improve their strength and general well being.
