Ils prĂ©fĂ©reront vous parler d'un logiciel essentiel que seuls eux possedent et vous charger 35 $... ce logiciel est sĂ»rement trĂšs pratique pour dĂ©bloquer les cellulaires volĂ©s mais il est inutile pour le cell des honnĂȘtes gens ... il vous suffit de passer un coup de fil Ă votre ancien fournisseur ... ils ont aussi gardĂ© cinq jours en magasin mon telephone sans raison⊠Allez savoir qu'est-ce qu'ils ont bidouillĂ© avec, ça pue... c'est vrai que j'aurais dĂ» connaĂźtre cette loi, mais on est normalement en droit de s'attendre Ă se faire renseigner honnĂȘtement... Ils vendent Ă©galement des produits usagĂ©s sans emballage, au gros prix...Ă eviter...

Arrogant, insultant, limite agressif et il se passe pour la victime.
Vous ĂȘtes cool quand vous faites votre achat. Vous ĂȘtes dĂ©rangeant et vous ĂȘtes virĂ© des lieux si vous revenez pour rĂ©clamer de quoi.
Ce n'est pas pour rien que j'ai trouvé ces mauvais commentaires déjà son égard en venant sur cette plate-forme. Alors je rajoute le mien pour vous le déconseiller, mais vivement quoi. Courrez.

J'aurais dĂ» aller au Mac Store, pour le mĂȘme prix j'aurais eu un service digne de ce nom. Ils ont changĂ© ma batterie de Iphone. 3 jours plus tard la batterie se dĂ©chargeait dĂ©jĂ comme l'ancienne. Je suis retournĂ©e 3 fois (les 2 derniĂšres fois Ă des moments indiquĂ©s par le commerçant) pour que le technicien puisse jeter un oeil au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Les 3 fois, le technicien n'Ă©tait "pas encore arrivĂ©" ou il venait "tout juste de partir". Bref, aucun suivi sur cette vente.
No professionalism
I should have gone to the Mac Store, for the same price I would have had a service worthy of the name. They changed my Iphone battery. 3 days later the battery was already discharging like the old one. I went back 3 times (the last 2 times at times indicated by the merchant) so that the technician could take a look at the phone.
