The girl that is working there is completly clueless. She doesnt even know how to access an account. The be honest. She doesnt care at all. She is obvisouly there for the paycheck. Worst service, very bad employee

Many us have and now we all want to cancel.
Koodo does not want to adapt and it does not care about the client.
After one month of trying to cancel...koodo still bills me.
I phoned this store and the lady was very kind and gave me a number to call and I called but it referred me to the Internet.
I feel sorry for this woman as koodo is going down and we feel it.
Thank this store for trying to give a service where there is no Koodo service.
