Telus closed the branch that our company dealt with and our contact no longer works there. At this branch they were friendly at first, but become disrespectful, defensive and angry once there was a problem. They never apologized for Telus not updating my company. They wasted an hour of my time + travel time. They refused to find out and email the name of anyone who now deals with my company, although I need that information. From previous experiences I would say they systematically do not hire for competence, problem solving skills, maturity, nor teach basic customer service skills. Also the system is disorganized and data is missing. As soon as there is any problem, the nature of this company is clear. BE CAREFUL

Absolutely horrible service, no greetings or client care. I came in to get a new SIM and the guy (guessing manager) was rude during the entire conversation. It took me over 30 minutes to have the line activated..... it takes 5 minutes over the phone. They also have incorrect information on promotions and apparently, Telus does not match competitors... even when competitors offer both the phone and plan at lower cost, they want to change more while having a subpar coverage to Rogers. They will NOT give you the best deals, more like try to take advantage of you. Google the promotions and GUARANTEED this store won't match it or make you feel like you are worth being a client of them.

When there was an employee error recently, I was sent home with an unregistered sim card, I came back withing the next week to have it fixed. I spoke to the manager, who tried to flip the blame on me, saying I should have found a way to contact customer care over the phone earlier (even tho I cannot complete calls). Both of the employees who were there the first time agreed that it was a telus mistake, but the manager refused to take responcibility, and kept telling me I was the one in the wrong, and that he would not do anything, saying I should call customer care once again to see if they can assist me, making me wait on the phone for 1hr.

Telus is Telus and companies this size move slowly and make errors. This particular branch is no exception. I bought phones twice from this branch and service was absolutely great. I dealt with Bianca who is helpful, patient and knows her stuff. If you are going with Telus, go there.

I went in this morning to replace a phone that had been damaged, and received the absolute BEST costumer service I've ever received, anywhere, from Bianca. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient, helped me navigate dealing with Telus costumer service over the phone, and took great care to talk over all my options with me to help me find the best, most affordable option for replacing my phone. She also made a follow-up call this afternoon to ensure that I'd been able to recover all my data. She's a lifesaver, and I will never go anywhere else for anything to do with my phone.
