★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Service" risible de la part de LUCE à la boutique sur Mont-Royal. Boutique vide, les employés regardent les Olympiques, on arrive, on dérange clairement.
Réponses ultra sur la défensive pour aucune raison, zéro solutions offertes au problème, juste attitude sortez d'ici asap.
 Laughable "service" from LUCE at the boutique on Mont-Royal. Empty shop, employees watch the Olympics, we arrive, we are clearly disturbing.
Ultra defensive responses for no reason, zero solutions offered to the problem, just attitude get out of here asap.

Customer service and reception zero lacking a lot I even think about stopping with videotron because of this experience learn to talk to customers Then look to work in places like this …… disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After almost 8 years of using their services I cancel because their high prices increase each year and pretty quickly. Also because of the poor quality of packages and service they offer me when I wanted to upgrade my phone at the store. They treat current customers like we don't matter. Today I received a call from a unknown number saying to call them back asap. It was a credit reporting agency... I called videotron in February to be sure when the last payment was due since I didn't had any bill and the employee said I had until the same date as my normal bill. Surprise videotron require an immediate payment. For a big company like yours you should be ashamed to send honest ppl there ESPECIALLY since the total amount WAS PAID ALREADY in less than a month within the time of my normal bill dates like your employee told me... Very disappointing! You don't care loosing customers and worse you send them to a credit agency for 72$ without any verification of the status of the payment really!? OUTRAGEOUS!! I hope to never do business with you again and believe me I will dissuade ppl before using your services too!
