★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A charming neighborhood gem. The food was simply fantastic, be sure to try the grilled oyster mushrooms with sourdough bread, delicate and flavorful. And the fried burrata with blistered tomatoes were standout dishes. The staff was very friendly and super helpful in helping us pick from all the delicious choices. You can't go wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the fish cake, cavatelli, octopus, and house sourdough as well as the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Everything was delightful and the servers and staff were as friendly and helpful as can be. Superb beer selections too. Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chez Victoire has become our 'must go' restaurant when we visit Montreal. The food is always delicious and there is generally one memorable taste experience. The ambiance is casual and the food is excellent. I find the service friendly, attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy, cold or just plain fake as you get in some places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our go to place to celebrate momentous occasions. The staff is always very charming and knowledgeable, sharing lovely paring suggestions, which is key when you have such an amazing selection of delicious food and drinks options.
I would comment on the rest of the menu, but frankly we usually go in for the 4 course meal! The tartare, foie gras, mushroom risotto, it's all good! And for you vegetarians out there, there are definitely some delicious options on that 4 course menu as well. All of it beautifully complimented by the Lava-type chocolate cake. All around a great option!
