I was offered a tempting new phone plan with virgin mobile and the guy who was selling it to me asked for my credit card number to complete the contract. I told him I didn't have it on me at the time so he told me my social security number would also work. (This may seem like he was joking but at the time he was dead serious) I said I changed my mind and left.
I definitely don't recommend shopping there but if you do, make sure not to give them any personal information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place few days ago. Called before i went there to make samsung watch active 2 LTE is still in stock since i live in cote saint luc. They said yes they have it. When i arrived, It turned out the employee who received my call didn't even know what LTE was. And he was like "yeah the screen is LED". Quite disappointed and the employee was pretty rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change my cell phone and the three employers where inpatient and sometimes even rude; would constantly talk about my sell in French (which I'm not fluent), none of them would care to show me nor explain the features between the different types of cellphones to help me choose; and the little help I got was out of obligation with grumpy faces and lack of enthusiasm. Btw, the LG they reluctantly lend me to explore its features was completely different from the one I got. Don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in there to get a computer mouse, and ended up leaving there haggled by an employee to get a new phone plan. I would describe the experience as being verbally harassed until I completely stepped foot out the door. Ultimately, I'm not a completely quiet person but having known I'm only interested in purchasing solely one thing, I didn't expect to be constantly bothered during my entire visit. I'm giving two stars because I got my computer mouse.
