The staff are helpful, the agent took the time to help me choose a package according to my needs. A friend advised me to change with Dolitelecom after a bad experience with my old DSL provider with slowdowns and frequent service interruptions. I am satisfied with the quality of the internet despite the frequent use by the whole family during almost two months of confinement. I recommend it for peace of mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to go out of my way and leave reviews anywhere for anyone, but I really want to share my experience with Dolitelecom here, one year+ after I've switched providers.
I've had my fair share of problems from my previous providers, I know how annoying it can be to be paying for unjustified added costs, an unreliable, unstable internet access, and how desperate you feel when you're fed up but you are bound to contract.
These guys tick all the boxes, a reliable connection, good communication, no contract, and most importantly, I pay the same amount every month since day one.
