Booked a furnace service call on Friday. Got an appointment for Monday at 9 a.m. Got a phone call at 8:30 telling me that the technician was on his way. Tyler arrived on time and was very polite and he explained everything he was doing. I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need another service call.

Company called at 8.17 that technician was on site. He left at 8.37. Charged over 30 minutes taking is sweet time ( 15 minutes) to write the bill which should take a couple of minutes as he knows that over 30 minutes he would be charging extra. Very unprofessional. Technician was not qualified to solve the problem . Both the technician and the Lady managing the service department need to improve customer service quality.

Today Electro Aide Inc. installed a new furnace and heat pump in my home. I was very impressed by their punctuality, efficiency, workmanship and professionalism. Everything was cleaned upon completion of the job. My garage was left in a pristine condition. Kudos to Greg, Ryan, Mihalis and their entire team on a job well done. I highly recommend Electro Aide.

Very professional, From dealing with the salesperson to the installation crew that came to my home to install a heat pump and furnace. They covered all the floors with drop cloths, and were very careful not to scratch any walls. They took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat, and told me if I have any problems not to hesitate to call the company, which I did have a small issue with using the new thermostat, totally my fault I pushed a wrong button. I called the service department and was taken care of right away over the phone. They did a very good job at cleaning up after, you would not even known that they were here. It was such a pleasure to deal with this company. I would highly recommend them!

Heater stopped working 2days... -15outside, chill to die inside of the house. The phone taker lady told me it’s not emergency unless our engineer claims it is. Lady are not patient with my questions and give me a big sigh . And asked me to wait their tech calling next week...Seems like it was my mistakes to call her and bother her! Still frozen in the whole house! What a ‘lovely ‘vacation because of eletro aide!

Purposely waited a few months before writing this review - wanted to give it some time - in case anything came up. HVAC install. At the beginning, Dom and Van provided helpful information. They visited multiple times, took measurements and managed to ensure that the work was going to go as planned. Due to my unique setup at home, they offered different solutions. Very helpful and knowledgeable. On the day of the install, Ryan & Mike? arrived on time and began the work. Drop cloths placed to prevent damage, good cleanup, and professional. Again, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. (probably had too many questions) I'll admit I hovered and watched most of the installation to ensure everything was done properly. As far as I could tell I was not disappointed. No issues. The bottom line is, when it comes to any sort of installation,workmanship is everything. It will determine whether or not your new HVAC will have problems down the line. I'm pretty sure there are other companies that can do similar work. Since this is my first and only HVAC installation experience, I can only speak on their behalf As for servicing, I have not made any major service calls. So I cannot comment on it... yet... Overall, satisfied. EDIT: 5 months after installation, experienced a leak in the unit. It was not the fault of installation but it was a Lennox issue due to a faulty factory weld. I've read a lot of quality issues with Lennox and decided to take a risk, sure enough, I was one of the unlucky ones. On the plus side it was all covered due to warranty.

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Electro Aide for a long time. A few years ago I purchased a new Lennox air conditioner which was expertly installed on the roof of my house. The technicians from Electro Aide are in my opinion very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, plus they keep my air conditioning equipment in tip top shape, so that I am able to keep my cool during Montreal’s sweltering summer heat. My advice to Electro Aide is to keep up the good work.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with electroaide through COSTCO. Ac was installed May 26, 2020 on July 5, 2020 I noticed water dripping onto my main floor. I immediately contacted electroaide I gave my information and they said someone will contact me in the morning. On July 6, 2020 I received a call from Sean I explained to him that my air conditioner was leaking. He told me at first he couldn't get anyone to my house for a repair for approximately 2-3 weeks and I should watch YOUTUBE videos on how to clean my unit because sometimes the dust blocks the water from evacuating properly. I then had to remind him that my unit is clean as I've had for just over ONE MONTH and shouldn't have enough dust back up to create that problem. At that point he miraculously found a service representative to come out and fix my unit Eli the repairman for electroaide came to my house his bedside manner wasnt great at all. He informed me that the angle the drain pipe was installed was incorrect and wasnt allowing the system to drain water but rather collect it which caused the drip, he made additional cuts into the wall to adjust the tubes to the right angle and left. Later in the afternoon I turned the AC back on and thought I still hear a drip. Eli came back since he forgot his ladder when he came I told him I thought it was still dripping he told me not to worry and just keep my eye on my ceiling on the main floor and if it gets wet again to call back. July 7, 2020 Riza the project manager came to my house to inspect the damage and repair work completed by Eli. I informed him that I thought it was still leaking he reassured me that it was fine and not to worry they fixed the problem he also apologized profusely. July 8, 2020 I noticed the wall was still too wet I felt as if the company didnt believe me when I was telling them that it wasnt actually fixed, I honeslty felt that I was being listened to, at this point I opened up the lower half of the wall to find the problem so it could be repaired. When I opened the wall it was definitely still leaking and I was able to see a tear in the drain pipe, I immediately sent Riza the project manager videos and images of the damage he called me told me he would be sending a repair person in the morning and to just put a bucket under the drip to catch the water. July 9, 2020 On top of all this drama it was my daughters birthday we cancelled our family plans obviously to handle the air conditioner and rescheduled things for the afternoon/evening to let her feel somewhat special in this pandemic. Can you guess what happened electroaide DID NOT SHOW UP! After being promised by Riza a technician would be there first thing in the morning I had to CHASE them around to have someone come repair the unit. Finally after many calls finally someone reached out to me and told me that they will be there shortly. When the person showed up he mentioned hes an installer not a service person hes not sure why they sent him when he doesnt have the right equipment to repair the unit. So as the installer was here wasting everyone's time including his own we needed to wait for another truck to bring the right tools and was told the job its self is 2 hours long, yep you guessed it my poor daughters ENTIRE day was a disaster. Thanks electroaide ? such a positive wonderful experience. Also to add insult to injury were still waiting for the initial job to be finished pipe cover still needs to be installed. I was told max 2 weeks on July 9. July 23- sean called to apologize and assume responsibility for the damages saying his adjuster will come by as my quotes are really high. Still waiting and havent heard anything since. I'm being strung along and taken advantage of.. is it because I'm a woman? August 1- still waiting no changes my house is still destroyed my daughter without a room. STAY AWAY, FIND A COMPANY WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
