★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impolite manager, staff doesn't speak English very well. Unfortunately, my jacket, dress shirt and pants took a month to get fixed up. They were done well though, so no complaints on that part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't bother giving even 1 star to this place. The old Chinese lady is so rude. No customer service at all. I was supposed to get 2 tops altered, she promised for Monday and lied that the mall would be open till 9 for Christmas so we could get it anytime before 9. When we went there the store was closed and I had a flight to catch the next morning. I absolutely don't recommend this place . Plus the charges are outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on some reviews, i got pretty scared but i had to go to adjust my dress for a wedding. The woman at the reception was really nice and she told me exactly what my dress will be looking like when the job will be done. I gave my dress on a saturday, she told me to come and get it on thursday. When I came back, it was another lady( much older) who was there and even though I had to wait a few minutes to get service because she was busy talking to other clients, i was very satisfied with my dress. it looked good and the details didnt showed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older lady is so rude and has no manners, to a point where it’s actually funny. I hope she treats her staff better than her customers... Anyways, she shortened pants for me and they were still too long. I don’t even want to go back and have them fix it because I rather not relive that poor service... Would not recommend this place to be completely honest...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my suit there for adjustments on the cuffs and pants. The lady there told me they have more than 30 years of experience and were confident in their abilities.
They absolutely ruined my suit, the most amateur job I have ever seen. They refused to give me my money back. AVOID.

I had my shirt edge adjusted and the work that was done was very bad. The thread was of a different (greenish) color and the stitches were made super ugly. The adjustment has totally spoiled a good shirt.
Moreover the service was extremely rude. When I asked to redo the sawing and to show me the color of the thread that is going to be used the lady at the service desk told me she has no time for me as she has another customer waiting in the line. When I said I cannot accept the quality of the work she offered me to give away the shirt as a whole if I didn't like it anymore.
When I asked to see a manager the lady told me she was a manager. Oh, well...too bad. A place with a manager like that won't survive for too long.

Do not go there! Go somewhere else!!!!!!
I was serve by the manager/owner and she was so rude and grumpy. She charge me 51$ to adjust my
Dress because it was loose on the top.
She gave me attitude the whole visit and said
So much rude comments. Which is Unnecessary.
First and LAST time i am going there.
I don’t write reviews normally but i dont want people to experience what i did.
