★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest Fido store I've ever been to. Waiting time is too long. It seems that the management and supervisor have no sense of real customer service, indeed.
I work in one of the offices in that building and have dropped by a few times. Always waited for a long time then went back to my office without being served.
Not a fit for such a popular place like Place Vertu.
Do not waste your time; go see other Fido counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service you can receive, it was amazing 3 sales reps were available. They were very patient, we must of been in there for 90 minutes, never felt rush and yes at the end bought a new cell.

people who complain about the waiting time it is because that ville saint laurent is very crowded and one store serves zillion customer.
Definitely recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an iphone XR there, and they gave me 60% off for the case and screen protector to buy them, I accepted. But after that ,I got a better deal with Fido costumer online. After two days, I returned the phone with all the accessories back to the store, and I explained why i wanted to return, they accepted, but they said we can not accept the screen protector because it is already used, I said even thought it is not my problem, because bout the screen for the phone, but now I return the phone, anyways, accepted to pay for the screen, but they charged me the actual price of the screen without any discount, but I said I bought it because you gave me an offer other i would never buy it. They kept saying the same thing that the screen is already used, but they never gave me the 60%off. Finally i was forced to buy a screen protector which was already spoiled, after pulling it out from the phone that I returned back, at its actual price. They even were so rude. never go back to that shop. The SUPERVISOR was super rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst companies in the cellular industry I would not even tell my worst enemy go to fido my friend ex name db got phone number transferred bye he name tr employee in the office even the phone was stolen my friend was do a police report on the transfer it the company in Canada my friend should call the crtc on food it identity theft the person who transferred to number should be fired for fraud and not aloud the in future to work in the communications industry ever again
