★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 4 1/2 hours at the bell store in place vertu, trying to solve a very complicated problem. Thanks to Kathleen, for her amazing perseverance and kindness towards me and everyone who came into the store. She was able to maximize everyone's time to the fullest.
Special mention to Jack, who did everything he could to help as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday (oct26) 1 of the employees with a blue shirt was serving another client. Another just finished serving. 2 other chatting and sitting there with drinks wasn't sure if they were employees or not. I wanted to ask about the iPhone 12 when I walked in and I was just getting starred at. No welcomes at all! Never seen some customer service with employees sitting on a chair to serve their client's in a retail store. If you wanna get served don't bother and go next.

Got some issues with the transfer and the 2 gentlemen from Bell ( Mr Mikael and Mr Anwaf) did an excellent job in resolving this problem.
They were very professional and courteous and knew exactly what they were talking about.
If ever anyone wants a Bell product, I highly recommend going to the Bell Boutique located at the Place Vertu in St Laurent. You will get personalized service and they will make you feel right at home...EXCELLENT SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous and attentive employees, they will cater to your every need when SELLING you new things.
However, good luck trying to get any support or returning a product. Here's how it works when you try to return a cheap tablet (that was offered as 0$/month in a new plan), and that I was allowed to return in 15 days (according to my contract):
Bell Customer service (phone): They told me I could not ship it back, and I could only return it to the same store (this one).
1st visit (next day): I was ignored for 30 minutes (no employees to be seen in store), then the girl told me that she could not do the return, it had to be her manager (Camaelia, that unfortunately was not working that day).
2nd visit (3 days later): Same excuse, only the manager could do the return, and they said she would be there every day for the following 5 days.
3rd visit (4 days later): Again the same excuse. I could not avoid being a bit rude with the employee, and ended up just leaving the tablet there for the fictional Camaelia to do the return when they finally go to work again.
Don't buy anything here that you are not ready to throw away and still pay for it, because you will never be able to return or service it with Bell.
