Editing my review to bring it up to date. Still one star. I work from home and my internet's been down since this morning. Calls to their support line play a recording and hang up. Impossible to know when service will be restored (my automated payment did process no problem last night though...). ...and yes, i did troubleshoot. Different ethernet cable, connect PC directly to modem, tried to connect to Google public DNS, rebooted multiple times, etc. Generally a hands-off service (which I like), good uptime until today, but when things go wrong, they REALLY go wrong and it's difficult if not impossible to get help.

Very bad connection and customer service. They promise a good wifi but in the end it's not what you expected from them. Ww bought it a monthe ago and within the first day the wifi was very slow while they said it's 100mgb. I do not recommend.

Good prices. Now... Every time I had to call support or sales I was disappointed to say the least. They don’t understand what I ask for, they make mistakes or they take my call and tell me to call back tomorrow because it’s now 8pm sharp. Seriously they’re really bad. ** Update: I had a discussion with with the owner who took the the time to reach me directly. He was very kind and open during our conversation. Really appreciated it.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! My partner and I were tired of spending 2 hours on the phone with Virgin for spotty internet that cost us close to 70$/month. When we found this place, we thought we were all set. The prices were better, the Google reviews seemed promising and with them being a middle man we thought the service would be more personalized. To our surprise, the opening of the account was a hassle. We had to spell out our names 100x and they still got it wrong on the first bill. We paid 75$ In deposits to get the worse internet equipment known to man. The connection couldn’t even get to our kitchen and we live in a one- level 4 1/2. Not to mention, our phones were burning data without our knowledge, so you could imagine how annoyed we were when we got our next phone bills. Yes, they tell you in advance that you have to pay for the installation if you don’t spend 1-2 years with them. What they don’t tell you, is that you could call 3 times for the same issue and they couldn’t care less. They refused to send a technician to get a better understanding of what was going on and never came up with any permanent solutions to our connection problem. When we go to their office to return the equipment, saying that we’ve had a enough of trying. The agent proceeds to list all these things we could try before giving up on the service. We let him know that we tried all these things with the person over the phone and nothing worked and he says well we would have been more than happy sending a technician to take a closer look. Now at this point, we are ready to collect our deposits back for the equipment, when the associate informes us that no refund will be issued at the moment, his accounting department needs to crunch the numbers (because we didn’t stay the minimum time) and IF their is a refund, we will be contacted or it will appear directly on our credit card. He also mentioned that the process take no more than 30 days. So here I am 30 days later, never heard from this so called accounting department. All in all, don’t do it! Unless you have 200$ to give away for terrible internet connection and no customer service to help when needed. * I cannot seem to answer your comment direclty , however the Accout was under my partner's name Mikael Korb- Desmarais. This service is the poorest I have ever had. The customer service is not supportive and when you call them for a problem they don't help you and they keep you waiting for days to fix the internet issue. Stay away from this company it is not worth it, if it looks like you are saving some $ compared to the bigger companies do not ever subscribed for this third internet party. They don't have any kind of idea of what good or acceptable customer service is. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

The service is the worst . I lost my important meeting because of this Internet provider. They are not supposed to be allowed to provide service . They do not care about their customers at all . They do not take the responsibility of their brand . They so not want to accept they are the worst. I think they should be banned from selling internet service . My husband bought the connection. You never help anyone , you just talk .
