★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in need of a Heavy-duty large bag to carry my cleaning gear. I got tired of purchasing one every year. I found what I hope to be a very rugged bag. I purchase an Eagle Creek 30". The shipping was very quick. Took 2 days to arrive. It was well packed. Found some thank you gifts. That was very nice of them. It was the most I have ever spent on a bag. So I hope it will last.
I am so far very pleased with the service & the bag. I would highly recommend this company & the bag.

I wanted a Thule ski bag, but the high end option is sold out everywhere. After some back and forth; they recommended the Dakine bag. Shipped ASAP and reimbursed my credit card for the difference immediately.

We called, spoke to an actual live person, they sent us a replacement for the deffective product with a return tag to send it back. It cost us nothing and the issue was resolved within 5 business days. Awesome service. And we are very happy with our purchase as well! I would by again from them in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a piece of large size of luggage from their website. The price was very reasonable and the tracked ground delivery via Fedex was very fast, only took two days. The delivery driver gave a call to make sure that I was at home. Unfortunately the item had a damage on the handle. The customer care agent Alain D. was an amazing. He took the matter seriously and sent me another item which I got next day. I will recommend Canada Luggage Depot to anyone who is looking for new luggage.
