★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service minable. Plus dune heures d'attente et je suis reparti sans mes items car leur système informatique n'arrêtait pas de planter. Gerant et Directeur sont perdu.
 Lousy service. More than an hour of waiting and I left without my items because their computer system kept crashing. Manager and Director are lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À chaque fois que je dois aller chez Anixter, je sais que ça va me prendre au moins 30 min. C'est toujours la même chose: ma commande est supposément prête à 100%, alors j'arrive en magasin, la personne au comptoir me donne la commande dans un délai raisonnable mais il manque toujours un item supposément en stock dans leur système. Alors ils cherchent l'item....pendant 15-20-30 min. 1 fois sur 2 ils sont back order. Alors non seulement tu viens de perdre ton temps, tu ne peux pas faire ta job au complet. Réglez votre problème de système informatique et d'inventaire au plus cri**e. C'est dommage pour le personnel au comptoir qui doit dealer avec ça. Arrêtez de vendre ce que vous n'avez pas en stock.
Whenever I have to go to Anixter, I know it will take me at least 30 min. It's always the same thing: my order is supposedly 100% ready, so I arrive in store, the person at the counter gives me the order within a reasonable time but there is still an item supposedly in stock in their system. So they look for the item .... for 15-20-30 min. 1 in 2 times they are back order. So not only have you just wasted your time, you can't do your full job. Solve your computer system and inventory problem as quickly as possible ** e. It's a shame for the counter staff who have to deal with this. Stop selling what you don't have in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are so ridiculous, be prepared to wait an hour for simple orders. I now try and jump over to ADI every chance I get, anixter/tri-ed is starting to suck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to have a terrible service, wasting your time, then this place is perfect for you! If you rather having a Nice service, choose ADI or APA, much bether, trust me, i buy à lot of product from these 3 and anixter is always my last choice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You show up at their beautiful counter for a pick up, And it’s like you don’t exist. They take your purchase order, and you don’t hear from them again for at least a half an hour, customer first! Ha ha.
I could’ve done two or three other pick ups while waiting for my order! I was the only one here, and had to pick up only two items.
They have a beautiful wall showing all the company’s mission statements, but it does not seem to translate to the front line!
