Honest people! One of their employee accidently broke my car mirror and left 3 business cards in it. I called the company and the owner offered me to pay me back the mirror and it was all done by the same day!

We are landlords and purchased $1500 worth of appliances for one of our rental properties. We tested them when they arrived to ensure they were in good working order because they were going to be stored for awhile and the warranty is only three months. When we rented the property, the tenant told us the dishwasher was running through the cycle but not washing the dishes properly, they were coming out dirty. We called to report the problem and were told that nothing could be done until Ann Marie returned from holidays, one week later. We paid for a repairman to diagnose the problem and he told us the motor was gone and it would cost $700 to fix. Since we could not leave our tenant without a dishwasher, we purchased a new one. We called Anne Marie after she returned from holidays to report what happened and she was very unsympathetic and said there was nothing she could do because the warranty period was over and that we should have waited for her to return from holidays. Really poor service and attitude considering the amount that was purchased and we had intentions of giving her all our rental appliance business but not anymore.

They had a service contract for the 30 year old refrigerator in the apartment that I had just rented. The freezer section was working, but the refrigerator part below was too warm to safely store food. Adjusting the refrigerator dials did nothing to lower the temperature. The technician came and adjusted the freezer dial and said wait 48 hours. There was no change after 48 hours. Now the technician suggested to change the freezer dial again and wait 24 hours. Again, no change. The technician apparently had over 25 years experience and was useless. It was obvious to me that it was broken from the start and I have 0 years of refrigerator repair experience. My landlord defended the technician and eventually bought another refrigerator for my apartment from this place, this time a Frigidaire. This refrigerator lasted 1 1/2 months. It was warmer in my refrigerator than my apartment. I became aware of it on a Friday night. I had to remove my food to a neignbour's refrigerator, but there was spoilage. Landlord called them Saturday morning, as there was a 3 month warranty. I spoke to them Monday. She spoke to me like she was doing me a big favour to replace the refrigerator. I was told that I would get a call Tuesday 1 hour before delivery, without any idea of when the delivery would take place., which tied me to the apartment for the day, I was offered no apology or compensation for food spoilage. Bad service, bad product, bad customer service. Still waiting for the refrigerator delivery...I think there are probably a lot of fake 5-star reviews here.
