Rohan was able to do a service visit within an hour of calling. He was honest about repair vs replacement, we decided on repair. He gave us a quote on the spot, ordered the part, and was back 3 days later with the part to fix our machine. Great service! Would recommend.

Asked them to check the issue, booked appointment, but not showed up, and no call back. I phoned again, but no answer, and cannot leave the message due to message box is full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rohan, the business's owner, listened patiently as I explained my theory about what was wrong with my dishwasher, then amazed me by what he could figure out by looking, experimenting, and just listening to the machine. He diagnosed the problem (completely different from what I expected) and fixed the dishwasher when he came back the next day with the part.
I realized later that when my dishwasher broke seven years ago, Rohan is the guy who fixed it, and it had worked faultlessly for seven years.
The dishwasher in question was a Bosch, which Rohan was clearly very familiar with.

Our dryer broke and we were in need of one immediately as I was giving birth the following week and we are able to get an excellent deal on a used washer/dryer set from him directly. Despite a few kinks, he was able to fix everything and ensure everything was operational and working great! You can tell he has a huge heart and will go to great lengths for his customers. Very grateful for everything he did and will recommend his services to any of our family and friends who are looking in the future.
