V	Vivian Quach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Muhammad and within the first 3 minutes he made me extremely nervous and anxious the entire time. His demeanour was really rude. I realized I wasn’t going to pass when I messed up the left turn and hadn’t noticed the light turned red because I was looking at oncoming traffic and my mirrors and even after we pulled back into the drive test he made me parallel park when I hadn’t seen anyone else made to do it. All the other employees were nice except for him. It’s nice to hear that at least the other people try to create a calm environment.
J	Jeanette A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did my G test here and I passed! I had Run as my examiner and he was great at giving the instructions well in advanced. Even though I was really nervous for my test, I didn't feel it as much once we got out of the parking lot, so it's really great that he makes sure to create a test environment that won't make you more anxious for your test. One thing that I also observed about this location is that the staff are lot friendlier compared to other test locations. While waiting for my test, I saw one of them cracking some jokes with the driving instructors waiting with/for their students, telling them to grab a coffee while they wait. They take the time to wish you good luck for your test and they and they congratulate you with a smile. Overall a really positive experience!

He listened and explained everything amazingly. That’s how instructors should be. Also, the Lady at registration Desk today was really kind. Thank you, you two for making the test place great :)

Also the examiner, Tom, provided such a calming atmosphere that I felt a way better at the test, though I'd been so nervous before. All the instructions were given well in advance. It may sometimes take time to wait for your test, but still I give 5 stars because of Tom and the admin ladies - they are great professionals.

The admin staff were efficient and kind, making the beginning and end of the exams a pleasant experience. I failed my G the first time. But I honestly didn’t really care because my examiner gave me great constructive criticism that I feel allowed me to pass this time! I forget the name of my examiner today but he was literally the SWEETEST and KINDEST man ever. He was extremely encouraging and helpful throughout the entire exam. He was clear that pass or fail he wanted the best of the drivers he examined, and made the test feel like a lesson/test hybrid. In terms of the people complaining about wait times and lines, I’d suggest going earlier in the day to avoid this. I took both my exams at 8:30am and experiences no lines or annoyances. Overall this is a much better site than new market. I’d highly recommend going here for your driving exams.

My examiner Tom was extremely friendly and understanding that drivers are under pressure. While firm and by the book, he made sure to remind me to “breath”, and I felt totally relaxed around him. He also encouraged me to continue to say my steps out loud, which helped me greatly.

He had a positive way of communicating and overall gave me a very welcoming experience that isn’t normally given at drive test centres. My examiner is firm, giving me informative review after the test and she's also friendly and lovely ( I was impressed by her beautiful long blond hair). I felt less anxious and had a great experience at this place. Highly recommend to everyone!
