★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The big tall guy who is sometimes an examiner was just rude and did not help me accordingly. I explained that I was supposed to take a photo for my license but he insisted that I did not need to which was contrary to what I was told previously.
I received a letter asking me to go back which costed me another 2 hours.
Needs training on how to listen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge on products and services offered for customers. The only reason visiting SGI is the only one for vehicle insurance. In fact that's only reason for poor quality of service by SGI to it's customers, because I cannot go for other insurance instead SGI???

SGI examiners are very courteous and give students thorough feedback after road test.

To you Sir Tyler thank you so much for being so calm when I was so nervous. Thank you for guiding me all the way on my test make comfortable take all my worries away.
Not only did you help me get my driver's license, but you also taught me how to be safe and responsible driver..?
