Very disappointed in waiting in line for no reason and they say they do t do 2 types of medication check for bloodwork on weekends?! What is wrong with you lab? Whoever is the owner of that place should do everything with bloodwork. On weeekends they don’t do tacrlumis and sirolimus . Come on u should do it everyday. Not everyone r free and wait for nothing.

I have had the worst and best experience at this location for my bloodtest over the years. First time I fainted. The last time I was there I have had a pleasure of meeting the expert and most experienced staff in bloodtest "Hamid". He is very respectful, calm and a pro when it comes to finding your veins. Make sure you ask for "Hamid" when you go this place.

13291 Yonge St. Clean, quiet, calm facility with competent, calm, compassionate staff. I arrived at 8AM and was back in my car at 8:30. Much better than other facilities where I made an appointment & STILL waited over an hour & where there were only 3 chairs & patients were told to "take a place in one of those lines (3 lines)... quite difficult for elderly or disabled patients. So.. THANK YOU... I will come to this SCC whenever need tests.

I had to wait 65 minutes for my blood test, and after waiting for about an hour, a technician came and could not find my veins, and so she tried injecting me in different spots. It was very painful, but Ms. Pantea was able to find my vein very easily. I want to thank her for doing her job well and for being a professional.

The lady who did my blood test was excellent, very professional and no pain at all. However, the wait room was crowded with people which I didn't feel safe. I checked in online, arrived 10 mins early as per instruction. I reported my arrival at the receptionist who told me to wait for my name to be called. After 30 mins, I asked for an update of my wait time, she told me another 1 hr 30 mins. I insisted her to double check then she said 30 mins. In around 15 mins after I received a text message that its my turn. I showed to the receptionist, she said yes, its my turn next, then took out my paper from the pile and put it into a file stand right beside. Names were called for 2 rounds from the pile, not from the file stand. I tried to take out my paper from the file stand and enquire why my paper got singled out but the receptionist said that I was not supposed to do that, cause private information, I said that's my information and just wanted to know why I got singled out. But they ignored me. A few minutes later, another staff called my name, I responded, and was being blamed that I didn't responded to her call earlier. I was speechless, I have no energy to argue. I just wanted to finished it quick. They could do a much better job by simply updating people the wait time when they reported arrival. I should have waited outside or in my own car if I know that I have to wait for more than 20 mins and I will receive a test message when its my turn. In that case, the wait room won't be as crowded hence a safer environment for all.

Staffed with rude and lazy people who don’t want to do their jobs. A man closed the front door 20 mins prior to closing, to multiple people who were standing outside in excess of 30 mins, because he said he didn’t want to stay late. People take time off work to get important blood work done and they have no regard for it. People will sit hours in the waiting room to be served by staff who walk around with no urgency. Even if you get served, they all have attitude and zero compassion for you or whatever illness you’re dealing with. The worst lab I’ve ever been to.

Despite the bad reviews, I had a pretty good experience. Nobody was rude and the process was pretty quick. Came in on Monday morning 9 a.m. and was out of there by 10 am. Definitely recommend doing the online check in as that saves a lot of time.

I am unsure why people are complaining about this Dynacare. The receptionists are welcoming and treated me with courteous service. The technicians working here are also great as they made me feel good about getting blood out of my arm which I don’t like to see. The procedure didn’t hurt like my last blood withdrawal from a different place. All in all great service.
