★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, Irresponsible, and unprofessional staff and manager.
They booked an appointment for 6:30am for me.
I am there on time. I see there are 10 other people like me who are booked for the same time. Now, their manager tells us we called you to come here so we can reschedule your appointment.
Unbelievable.
Whoever complains, gets no appointment at all.
What kind of management this is?
Anyone observes these locations at all?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wondering why the low score... Then I understood...I went for blood work. The lady who did the sampling went for a deeper thinner and less visible vein instead of a much thicker and closer to skin surface vein.. I have done many blood works but never once someone chose to go for that vein. She failed and moved the needle around trying to get blood but still got nothing. Then She went for the thicker vein and successfully got my blood. It was the most painful blood work I have ever had.
It's not the pain that made me upset tho. I felt like I was being experimented on without my consent. If I had no vein that easily accessible I would not be so upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Very friendly staff and was faster than I expected. You can get your results online and you can also book your appointment online.
The younger lady was efficient and minimal pain and no scarring. Will probably go here until I move. Would recommend, though hours are short!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff were incredibly nice and helpful specially the Russian lady and the receptionist who was working with her at the time. They were super caring and answered my questions with patience. Check-in time was quiet reasonable. Also, booking appointments through their website was really convenient. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many LifeLabs locations and this was my far the best experience. Easy free parking, friendly staff and waited no more than 5 mins for my appointment. Natalia completed my test and she was friendly, kind and efficient. Was in and out in 10 mins. Kudos to the staff working today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would. The two ladies who took my blood where amazing however I did get lightheaded and was told by them to stay in the room I was out until They got back, I was then yelled at and told to get off my phone by some other lady who worked there possibly the manager and told to leave cuz I was done…she did not care that I was light headed and couldn’t drive yet. Good experience turned bad because one lady decided to have a bad day and be rude and take it out on others. Will not be back at this location. I wish I got her name….I would have called and made a formal review on her.
