★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service in Dulux-Burnaby branch is horrible!!! Sales staff is not helpful and don't want to be bothered if you want to ask something.
I know Dulux is a quality paint, we use to specified it in most of our projects. But, if this is a kind of customer service they can offer, its better to go with Benjamin Moore. I recommend, Dulux-Coquitlam branch just a few minutes drive from Dulux-Burnaby... the sales staff there is very nice and accommodating. Stay away from Dulux-Burnaby branch, it was a very disappointing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your paint. The fellas are very laid back, yet knowledgeable and professional. I went just last week for a paint match with a mediocre sample I took from and client's wall and it was just about bang on. Great work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get a color match done ,no problem, done right away and was able to get a small amount , didn't have to buy a gallon. Fast friendly courteous service. Nice to go to a local well stocked dedicated paint store instead of a big box store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come into the store at least once a month for personal projects. I had a color match I needed to get done. The manager was very accommodating and the match turned out great. The staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple weeks ago, I visited the shop to buy some paint to repaint a room and living room. The person in the shop, I think his name is Brian, was friendly and patient and explained options to me. I just went back today to buy more paint for another item and inquired about something else. Brian continued to be patient and explained options that fulfill my needs. The paint was great, Brian was nice, great place for beginners like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dulux Paints Burnaby for an amazing and courteous job well done . Super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They performed colour matching very fast and efficient. Prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. The management is following the proper protocol about social distancing inside the store . I would highly recommend to others.
